Translation of Tamil portion in C.V.Jayaraman’s video interview

When I was a boy, I wanted to touch Bhagavan’s feet and receive as a special privilege his blessings. One day I went near base of the hill for this purpose while at the same time keeping in mind that I was afraid of his attendant, because when I was in the Ashram I would be with Bhagavan whenever he went for a walk and this attendant would hit me on my head. But this time the attendant was lagging behind as Bhagavan was coming and I hastily prepared myself to fall down near the dining hall and catch Bhagavan’s feet. Bhagavan understood my plight, smiled at me and said “It is sufficient to keep [my feet] in the mind!”
